OddFits currently ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We use Shiprocket Express for all our deliveries. This service offers reliable and timely delivery across India.
 
3. Shipping Costs
 
Shipping costs are calculated by our shipping partner based on the weight of your order and its destination relative to our warehouse. Generally, shipping charges apply to orders less than ₹499. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
 
4. Order Processing Time
 
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
 
5. Delivery Time
 
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
– Standard Delivery: 5-10 business days
 
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other unforeseen circumstances. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
 
6. Order Tracking
 
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.
 
7. Shipping Delays
 
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to various factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical issues. Whisperlace is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the courier.
 
8. Undeliverable Packages
 
If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the customer is unavailable to receive the delivery, the following will apply:
– The customer will receive a coupon card worth ₹200 less than the order value, which will be sent via email.
– The customer can use this coupon for future purchases on OddFits.
 
9. Shipping Address Changes
 
If you need to change your shipping address, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us via our Contact Us page to request a change. Address changes requested after this period may not be accommodated.
 
10. Customs and Duties
 
If applicable, the customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes. Our courier service will inform the customer of any such charges. OddFits is not responsible for any additional charges levied by customs.
