Products

Our oversized t-shirts are made from 100% cotton, featuring 240 GSM, super combed, pre-shrunk, and bio-washed fabric. This ensures a soft, comfortable feel while maintaining durability. The t-shirts also have a Lycra ribbed neck and offer a unisex regular fit.

To keep your t-shirt looking great, we recommend machine washing it inside out in cold water with similar colors. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry, and iron inside out on low heat if needed. Do not iron directly on the print.

We provide a detailed size chart on each product page to help you find the perfect fit. Our oversized t-shirts are designed to have a relaxed, comfortable fit, so we recommend checking your measurements against the chart before placing your order. If you’re between sizes or prefer a more fitted look, consider sizing down

 

Payments

At OddFits, we accept prepaid payments through various secure methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and popular digital wallets. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely to ensure your payment information is protected. Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery (COD) at this time.

Yes, after you complete your payment, a confirmation email with your order details and an invoice will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. This email will serve as proof of purchase and include important information, such as your order number, payment amount, and estimated delivery date.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please note that there will be a flat ₹100 payment processing charge deducted from your refund. After the 24-hour window, cancellations are not possible as we begin processing your order.

Shipping

Once your order is processed, it typically takes 5-10 days for delivery within India. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, and you will receive tracking information via email once your package is on its way. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

Yes, you can request a change to your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order. Please visit our contact page and provide the correct address details as soon as possible. After 24 hours, we may not be able to make changes as the order will be in processing.

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking information sent to your email for updates. If you still need assistance, contact us via the contact page, and we will help resolve the issue. In rare cases where a package is undeliverable and returned to us due to customer error, a coupon worth ₹200 less than the order value will be issued.

 

Return

OddFits does not offer refunds but provides exchanges for defective products or size issues. If you receive a damaged item or need a different size, you can request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order by filling out the contact us form. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.

To initiate an exchange for a defective product, visit our contact page within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the defect, and any relevant photos. Once we review your request and approve the exchange, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the item. We’ll send a replacement product as soon as the defective one is received and verified.

OddFits covers the shipping costs for returning defective products or incorrect sizes. However, if the product is returned for any reason other than defects or sizing issues, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide detailed instructions and a return label if applicable once your exchange request is approved.
